The Stafford County Department of Utilities launched its stand-alone website today. The new website is designed to make it easier for customers to find information and to improve user experience. One of Stafford County Government’s core values is “Customer First.” The new Utilities website strives to put Utilities customers first by making the website a one-stop location for the information most customers need.
“Our crews are some of the busiest employees in Stafford County, working around the clock, 365 days of the year, to provide high-quality services,” said Stafford County Director of Utilities Chris Edwards. “This new website will allow us to better communicate those efforts to the public while allowing them to locate all the information they need in one place.”
The new website is located at utilities.staffordcountyva.gov. New features include news articles and accessible information about water and sewer service. Bills may be paid online. Customers can also stop or start service without digging into different pages. Furthermore, this site will carry several recognizable features, such as accessibility options and AskBlu.
