December 2020 update:
In response to the continued uncertainties of the Coronavirus pandemic, the Board of Supervisors on December 1st, 2020 adopted Emergency Ordinance EO20-05 to temporarily lower penalties and interest to zero through January 29th, 2021 for Real Estate and Personal property tax payments due December 5th, 2020.
June 2020 update:
In addition, to respond to the continued economic uncertainties our taxpayers face, on June 2nd, 2020 the Board of Supervisors adopted Emergency Ordinance EO20-04 to temporarily lower penalties and interest to zero for Real Estate Taxes through July 5th, 2020 for Real Estate and Personal property tax payments due June 5th, 2020.
May 2020 update:
To assist the taxpayers during this Coronavirus pandemic on May 5th, 2020 the Board of Supervisors adopted Emergency Ordinance EO20-02, to temporarily lower penalties and interest to zero for Tangible Personal Property tax payments through July 5th, 2020 for Real Estate and Personal property tax payments due June 5th, 2020.

To assist the taxpayers during this Coronavirus pandemic on May 5th, 2020 the Board of Supervisors adopted Emergency Ordinance EO20-02, to temporarily lower penalties and interest to zero for Tangible Personal Property tax payments through July 5th, 2020 for Real Estate and Personal property tax payments due June 5th, 2020.
Personal Property is billed semi-annually and due as received.
The 1st half (January 1 – June 30) is due June 5th.
The 2nd half (July 1 – December 31) is due December 5th.
Bills are mailed approximately one (1) month prior to the due date. It is the responsibility of the taxpayer to inquire of the amount due if a bill is not received.
