Technical Review Committee


Technical Review Committee (TRC) meetings are no longer required and scheduled by request only per Ordinance O18-19.

Please contact your project manager or Lindsey Marr to schedule a TRC meeting to discuss first review comments with reviewers.


Meeting Agendas are available in the Agenda Center.  In the Agenda Center, scroll down to Technical Review Committee. The Agenda includes a summary of each application.

NOTE:  Agendas prior to year 2016 are stored in the Archive Center.


The committee consists of governmental agency representatives with the responsibility of the technical review of subdivision plans, plats and site plans. TRC meeting are held to obtain input from various state and county agencies regarding all projects.
