A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:00 AM, Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at the intersection of Powhatan Trail and Ramoth Church Road, Stafford, VA 22554. Attendance is optional, but strongly encouraged.
The project includes installing approximately 2074 linear feet of 4" water line, 2 service lines with appurtenances along Powhatan Trail Road. Provide labor, equipment and material, temporary facilities, testing, and restoration.
