State Income

Virginia State income tax returns are due by May 1st each year. They may be mailed to the office of the Stafford County Commissioner of the Revenue. State Income Tax payments mailed to the Commissioner of the Revenue are processed and deposited by the office of the Treasurer.

The Treasurer's office also collects payments for estimated state income tax . For more information call (540) 658-8702.
