Revised Hours of Operation Set for Regional Landfill/Belman Rd. Recycling Center January 1 DATE PUBLISHED: 12/15/09 The Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board (R-Board) has announced new hours of operation for the Regional Landfill in Stafford County and the Belman Road Recycling Center in the City of Fredericksburg that will take effect on Saturday, January 2, 2010. The hours of operation for the residential landfill and Belman Road Recycling Center are: • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The hours of operation for the commercial section of the landfill are: • Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The R-Board is a joint venture of the governments of Stafford County and Fredericksburg. It manages the Regional Landfill and recycling centers at no cost to taxpayers through tipping fees paid by commercial trash haulers. The landfill is located at 489 Eskimo Hill Road in Stafford and is open to residents of the County and Fredericksburg.
