Public Hearing for Amendment to Fee Schedules

The Stafford County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the Board Chambers, County Administration Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, on the items listed below.

 

1.         Amendment to Fee Schedule – A proposed amendment to the Schedule of Fees charged by the Stafford County Departments of Code Administration, Fire and Rescue, and Planning and Zoning for review of plans and permits, and inspections pursuant to Sections 10.1-562, 10.1-603.10, 15.2-107, 15.2-2241, 15.2-2286, 27-94 and 36-105 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended and Sections 6-18, 11-2, 11-16, 12-21, 21.5-8, 22-25, 28-56, 28-246 and 28-348 of the Stafford County Code.  Proposed ordinances O08-57 and O08-58 would amend fees as follows:
