PUBLIC HEARING

STAFFORD COUNTY WETLANDS BOARD

The Stafford County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 18, 2008, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, at the Stafford County Administration Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, and beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the item listed below:

1. Wetlands Permit WB08-07 – An after-the-fact wetlands permit for John and Debra Driver to reconstruct a 76 foot long section of an existing timber bulkhead on Assessor’s Parcel 31-101, Aquia Creek.

A copy of the above items and related materials are on file in the Department of Planning and Zoning and may be examined Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and present their comments.
