Stafford Offices to Remain Open on Columbus Day - Courts Will be Closed October 8 Stafford offices, departments and facilities will be open for business on Columbus Day, Monday, October 12, 2009. The Regional Landfill will be open all day on Monday, October 12, during regular business hours, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The Rappahannock Area Health Department’s office located in the Stafford County Administration Center will be closed on Monday, October 12, in observance of the holiday. The Health Department’s dental clinic located in the Rowser Building will also be closed. The Circuit Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and General District Court in Stafford County will be closed on Monday, October 12 in observance of the Columbus Day holiday. <back to October 2009 news index |
