Stafford Board of Supervisors To Hold Special Meeting

The Stafford Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, October 24, 2007, at 5:30 p.m. to discuss proposed Resolution R07-435 capital projects financing for the following projects:

  • Radio communications system

  • Patawomeck Park - Phase I

  • Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courthouse

  • Falls Run Library

  • Smith Lake Park synthetic turf soccer fields

  • Stafford Courthouse renovations

  • Potomac Hills Fire Department refinancing

Proposed Resolution R07-435 was discussed at the Board’s October 16 meeting.

The Board will also discuss proposed Resolution R07-436, which authorizes a public hearing to budget and appropriate the bond proceeds from the financing package in R07-435.

The meeting will take place in the Board of Supervisors Chambers in the Stafford Administration Center, 1300 Courthouse Road.
