Board of Supervisors Committee To Discuss Utilities CIP June 5 A subcommittee of the Board of Supervisors consisting of Peter J. Fields, George Washington District, and Paul V. Milde III, Aquia District, will meet with staff on Monday, June 19, 2006, at noon to discuss the Department of Utilities Capital Improvement Program. The meeting will take place in the conference room in the County Administrator’s Office, Stafford Administration Center, 1300 Courthouse Road.
