Coordination of all water and wastewater construction, inspection and maintenance activities as well as water and wastewater treatment operations is centered in this division of Utilities. Field inspection of new water and sewer infrastructure, in-house design of smaller construction projects, oversight of larger water and sewer construction projects, data collection and analysis, evaluation and implementation of new technology, interaction with State and Federal regulatory agencies, and water and wastewater treatment oversight are handled by this division.
