Administration-Customer Service-Meter Reading

The administrative, customer service, and meter reading functions are located at 20 PGA Drive, Suite 201, Stafford, VA. In addition to the Director of Utilities , the Assistant Director of Utilities/Engineering, two Civil Engineers, and the Customer Service Manager, a staff of twelve full-time employees handle meter reading and provide customer assistance regarding water & sewer bills and other water/sewer-related matters.
