Stafford County requires the posting of securities prior to the approval of certain public improvements. Securities are required to assure the timely construction and completion of site and subdivision physical improvements in accordance with approved plans and profiles, current County standards and specifications, and County and State requirements. Matters pertaining to Securities are governed by the Security Policy.Securities processing is administered in the Securities and Records Management division of the Finance Department.
