The Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board
(R-Board) hosts four Household
Hazardous Waste Collection Days each year at sites in Fredericksburg and
Stafford. Residents from both localities can bring household hazardous wastes to
the sites so that they can be safely disposed. The events usually take place
during April/May and September/October. Residents must provide proof of residency in either Fredericksburg or Stafford in order to drop off their hazardous materials.
