Regional Landfill

The Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board (R-Board) is a joint venture of the governments of Stafford and Fredericksburg. The R-Board operates and maintains the regional landfill and recycling drop-off facility for the use of the citizens of Stafford and Fredericksburg. The R-Board also sponsors several special programs and workshops throughout the year for the benefit of Stafford and Fredericksburg residents. Bring your recyclable materials to the regional landfill.

Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Independence Day 
Labor Day 
Thanksgiving  Day
Christmas Day

Directions:
From the North – Go south on Jefferson Davis Highway (U. S. Route 1). Turn left on Eskimo Hill Road (SR-628) (about two miles south of the Courthouse). Follow Eskimo Hill Road to the left. Turn left at 489 Eskimo Hill Road. Residents must use the second entrance. Follow the signs.

From the South – Go north on Jefferson Davis Highway. Turn right on Eskimo Hill Road, follow Eskimo Hill Road to the left. Turn left at 489 Eskimo Hill Road. Residents must use the second entrance. Follow the signs.
