All sealed bids are opened in public at the Purchasing Office, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, Virginia 22554. Opening dates and times are listed below. To obtain a bid or proposal package by mail, please allow sufficient processing time for your request.

The Bid or Proposal Number must be clearly referenced on the front of your return envelope or package. Any item not received prior to the noted opening date and time will be refused.
