The Technical Review Committee meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 8:30 A.M. in Conference Rooms A, B & C on the first floor of the Stafford County Administration Center, 1300 Courthouse Road. The meeting is held to obtain input from various State and County agencies regarding the projects. The committee of governmental agency representatives with the responsibility of the technical review of subdivision plans and plats and site plans.

Department of Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Management
Department of Planning and Zoning
Department of Utilities
Office of Transportation
Environmental Health
US Army Corps of Engineers and
Virginia Department of Transportation
