Stafford County Beautification Committee Minutes The Beautification Committee meets on the third Thursday of each month, except August and December. The meetings are held at 3:30 p.m. in Conference Room ABC of the Stafford Administration Center at the intersection of Route 1 and Courthouse Road (Rt. 630). The public is welcome to attend the meetings and participate in outreach activities. Minutes are posted once approved by the committee.
