Abandoned Vehicles Stafford will remove inoperable or junk vehicles free of charge with the owner's consent. Call the Department of Code Administration at (540) 658-8650. Voluntary removal of junk vehicles that are an eyesore or nuisance to the County is encouraged.
If a vehicle has been left on your property or on public property, call the Sheriff's Office at (540) 658-4450 so that it can be determined if the vehicle has been stolen or abandoned by the owner.
