County Administration

The County Administrator's Office is responsible for the overall administration of the county government. This office executes the policies of the Board of Supervisors and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of local government. This office: Manages the operations of all county departments responsible to the Board of Supervisors Advises affected parties of Board actions Ensures county compliance with state and federal regulations Prepares recommendations on issues for presentation to the Board of Supervisors Develops and administers fiscal plans Advises the Board of the Supervisors of the county's financial condition The County Administrator's Office is located in the Administration Center at the Stafford County Government Center, 1300 Courthouse Road. It is open from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
