Directions
From Culpeper (Route 3) Follow Route 3 to north Jefferson Davis Highway (US Route 1); continue north on Jefferson Davis Highway into Stafford County (approx. 2 miles), continue north on US 1 for aprox. 6.5 miles until Log Cabin Restaurant on left. Turn left just before Log Cabin Restaurant. Proceed to first left into Rowser Building parking lot. VCE offices are in Rowser Building.
From Interstate 95: Take Courthouse Rd. (Rte. 630) east, Exit 140. Proceed east for about 1 mile to the intersection of Courthouse Road (Rte. 630) and Jefferson Davis Highway (US Route 1) Turn right (south) onto Jefferson Davis Highway (US Route 1) and continue to Log Cabin Restaurant on right (approx. 1.3 miles). Turn right on road immediately past Log Cabin Restaurant. Proceed to first left into Rowser Building parking lot. VCE offices are in Rowser Building.
