TOPCAT volunteers receive calls and visitors to the Citizen Assistance Office or in the lobby of the Administration Center, Judicial Center, or other high-traffic areas.

They provide immediate answers to citizens when information is readily available, research and return calls when necessary, forward citizens to other Stafford County offices, and direct or accompany visitors on foot to appropriate County offices.

TOPCAT volunteers receive and assist in the resolution of citizen complaints, and record pertinent statistical information about citizen interactions.
