MINUTES

Adjourned Meeting
February 13, 2006

Call to Order. An adjourned meeting of the Stafford County Board of Supervisors was called to order by Robert C. Gibbons, Chairman, at 5:00 P. M., Monday, February 13, 2006, in the Board Chambers, Stafford County Administration Center.

Roll Call. The following members were present: Jack R. Cavalier, Vice Chairman; Mark Dudenhefer; Peter J. Fields; Robert C. Gibbons, Chairman; Paul V. Milde III; George H. Schwartz; and M. S. ‘Joe’ Brito.

Also in attendance were: Steve Crosby, County Administrator; Joe Howard, County Attorney; and Marty Y. Beard, Chief Deputy Clerk.

Legislative; Moment of Silence. The Chairman requested Mr. Cavalier and Mr. Fields to comment on the passing of Elizabeth Dailey, Treasurer. A moment of silence followed.

Legislative; Joint Work Session with the Fredericksburg City Council on Rappahannock River Easement. The following members of City Council were present: Kerry P. Devine; Deborah L. Girvan; Thomas P. Fortune, M. D.; William C. Withers, Jr.; Matthew J. Kelly; and Hashmel C. Turner, Jr.

Thomas J. Tomzak, City Mayor, commented.

Kathleen Dooley, City Attorney, gave a presentation.

Discussion ensued.

Adjournment. At 7:45 P. M. the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
