The Board of Supervisors meets the first Tuesday of each month beginning at 1:00 p.m., and the third Tuesday, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located in the Stafford County Administration Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, Virginia.

The index file contains a list of all items presented and voted on by the Board of Supervisors. The files are named by abbreviation for the type of item, along with the year. Indexes for the current year are posted quarterly.
