Meeting Information, Calendar & Agendas The Board of Supervisors meets the first Tuesday of each month beginning at 1:00 p.m., and the third Tuesday, with work sessions beginning at 1:00 p.m. and the Board meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. Presentations by the public are not held during the work sessions, but the public can comment at the beginning of the 7:00 p.m. session. Meetings are held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located in the Stafford County Administration Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, Virginia. Citizens desiring to submit written comments or requests to the Board of Supervisors may do so at any time. Correspondence should be sent to the attention of the County Administrator , P. O. Box 339, Stafford, Virginia 22555-0339. If you would like to speak at a meeting, send an email request to Marty Beard mbeard@co.stafford.va.us and include the meeting date, your name and address.
